How does BCOP allocate available properties?

As a social landlord, we allocate housing according to need.  Not everyone over 60 will be eligible.  Need is assessed using the information you provide in your application form, according to your medical, social and housing circumstances.  If you are eligible but we have no properties available, you will be placed on our waiting list.  Your position on the waiting list is determined by the needs assessment, not your application date.  Click here for more information.
