Tenant Satisfaction Measures in Social Housing 2023

On 1 April 2023, the Regulator of Social Housing introduced 22 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (or TSMs) to assess how well social housing landlords in England provide quality homes and services.

These consist of 10 management-based measures reported directly by BCOP and 12 perception-based measures via resident surveys.

Registered Housing Providers must publish their results for tenant transparency.
