At BCOP, we want to make sure every tenant is happy, safe and well-supported in their home. One of the ways we do this is by asking for your feedback.
This summer, we’ll be running a tenant satisfaction survey to find out how well we’re doing—and where we need to do better.
The survey asks questions about:
How satisfied you are with your home and the repairs service
Whether you feel listened to
If you feel safe and respected
How well we communicate with you
Whether anti-social behaviour is dealt with properly
These questions are part of a set of national standards called Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). All social housing providers like BCOP must take part, so we can show we’re meeting high standards of care and support.
To understand what matters most to you
To find out what we’re doing well
To learn where we can make improvements
To share our results publicly, so you and others can see how we’re doing
We’ll use the survey results to improve our homes and services—and to make sure your voice is heard.
There are three easy ways to complete the survey:
Online: You can complete the survey on our website or by using a link we’ll send to you by email
By post: We’ll send you a paper copy of the survey with a stamped return envelope
By phone: A BCOP colleague can call you and go through the survey with you over the phone
You can choose the way that suits you best.
The survey will take place during the summer of 2025. We’ll let you know exactly when and how to take part very soon.
Your answers will be kept private and confidential. We’ll never share your personal details with anyone.
If you have any questions or need help completing the survey, please speak to your Tenant Support officer, your Housing Compliance officer or contact the BCOP office
Together, we can make BCOP even better for everyone.
