BCOP recognised at the Housing Innovation Awards 2026

BCOP is proud to have received two nominations at the Housing Digital Housing Innovation Awards 2026, both in the Most Innovative Approach to Resident Welfare category.

The nominations recognised two areas of work that sit firmly at the heart of what we do:

• BCOP – Damp and mould solution, our proactive and resident-focused approach to tackling damp and mould quickly, safely and transparently, improving both homes and health
• BCOP – Resident coaching approach, which supports residents to build confidence, skills and independence through personalised guidance. Tenants put together their personal support plans with their tenant support officers providing individual coaching.

The Housing Digital awards celebrate organisations using innovation to improve lives, and being shortlisted twice in a resident-welfare category is a real vote of confidence in BCOP’s values-led approach. While technology plays a role, these nominations reflect something more traditional - putting people first.

We’re incredibly proud of the teams behind both initiatives and grateful to Housing Digital for recognising work that quietly but meaningfully improves everyday life for our residents. No silverware this time — but plenty to be proud of, and plenty more to build on.
