Changes in rent and fees payments to BCOP

This means it will be easier for you to make monthly payments as you’ll no longer have to remember the due date or organise manual payments.

A direct debit (DD) payment means the right amount of rent or fees will automatically be made from your bank account each month. You’ll be notified each month in advance of the payment being made. We hope you’ll find this more convenient and hassle free.

The friendly BCOP Finance team will be in touch with everyone individually soon to give you more detailed information and to make sure we answer any questions or concerns you may have about the change.
