Changes in rent and fees payments to BCOP

BCOP will be changing the way rent and nursing home fees are paid to us from standing orders or bank transfer payments to direct debit payments.

This means it will be easier for you to make monthly payments as you’ll no longer have to remember the due date or organise manual payments.

A direct debit (DD) payment means the right amount of rent or fees will automatically be made from your bank account each month. You’ll be notified each month in advance .. Read More

Neville Williams House ‘family’ celebrate special long-serving staff

Trustee Peta Mandleberg and Operations Director Pushpa Sagoo were delighted to thank eight special, long serving staff at Neville Williams care home in Selly Park, Birmingham, on Tuesday, 27th February.

Their presentations were followed by delicious celebration cake and afternoon tea taken in the Forget Me Not pub.
The awards were given to two staff for 20 years service, three for 15 years and three for 10 years, who worked as nurses, care workers, activities co-ordinator and support staff.

Robert Harvey House celebrate special employees with long service awards

Yesterday the BCOP charity recognised fourteen very special people, who have made an enormous contribution to the family at Robert Harvey House in Handsworth Wood, Birmingham.

Staff, residents, and family members were invited join in. After Cynthia Sharpe, the longest serving member of staff cut the celebration cakes, everyone tucked in to delicious cakes, sandwiches, samosas, and spring rolls brought in by staff. New Warmth Bank opens at Anita Stone Court
